For example if you have 10 job description open and 100 candidates applied for each position in a month. The total candidates applied is 1000 and total candidates processed is also 1000. The cost will be 1000*2= 2000/month.

If the same number of candidates remain in the system (We give 6 months of data retention) and another 1000 candidates applied in next month, the cost/month will be again 1000*2=2000/month.

Once processed we do not double count the application every month

However if the same candidate applies for another job. He will be continued.

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Adjust to your needs bu either updating your account settings or contacting our support team at account@talentzq.io for help.

Note: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and refunds for prepaid periods are not provided.
